For those who are interested in buying a home that is either complete, or on the road to completion, Sage maintains an inventory of new homes under construction throughout the St. Louis area.

Our inventory homes are available in a wide range of prices, and all are built to the same high standards as our custom homes, including being certified green.

After repeated requests, Sage created a Renovations Division in 2007. We can assist in a wide range of projects, from a simple bathroom remodel to large additions or gut rehabs. Our green expertise help ensure that your project will yield all the benefits of green construction that can be had.

To help maintain our position as the high performance building leader, Sage builds showcase homes that feature the latest technologies and green features.

Sage is committed to always have a concept or showcase home in production.
