These are "pdf" files of the house floor plans. This will give you an idea of how attention was paid to maximizing the efficiency of the layout. Note that the formal Living and Dining rooms have been eliminated. Main living areas are open to each other to give a more spacious feel, while still being kept as distinct areas, via the use of dividers, cabinetry, etc. Total square footage (3700), although high by green home standards, was as low as was feasible given market constraints in the area.
